Why remain in Canada?
Alberta is better off as part of Canada. Being in Canada means we share a strong economy, get support during tough times, and have a say in big decisions that affect our lives—like jobs, trade, and roads. If Alberta left Canada, it could hurt our economy, make things more expensive, and cause a lot of confusion.
We share a history and values with the rest of the country. Instead of splitting apart, we should work to make sure Alberta’s voice is heard and that Canada works better for everyone.

Remain Prosperous
Staying in Canada helps Alberta’s oil industry thrive. We benefit from national trade deals, stable investment, and support for pipelines and energy projects. Leaving Canada could mean trade barriers, less investor confidence, and more risk for jobs. Being part of Canada keeps Alberta’s energy economy strong and competitive.

Remain Healthy
Alberta’s healthcare system depends on support from the Canadian federal government. Ottawa helps fund hospitals, doctors, and services that keep healthcare free when you need it. If Alberta separates from Canada, we risk losing that funding—and with it, the guarantee of free, public healthcare. Staying in Canada protects our access to care and ensures Albertans don’t have to pay out of pocket for the services we rely on.

Remain Strong
Being part of Canada keeps Alberta safe. We benefit from the protection of the Canadian Armed Forces, the RCMP, and national security services that respond to threats, natural disasters, and emergencies. If Alberta left Canada, we’d have to build our own military and security systems from scratch—something that would cost billions and take years. Staying in Canada means we stay secure, protected, and prepared.
